Description

God is not simply an idea or abstract but is tangible. We have to consciously connect and directly link with our Source. When we are not able to make spiritual progress, we should call like a child, “Lord, help me.” Sometimes an act of charity opens a door; sometimes being good to others opens a door; sometimes just practicing patience opens a door. We have to be soft, tender and gentle when we pray. Then the results are instant. The real solution is not found through thinking or rationality. One yoga that anyone in any condition can practice is: I am nothing; Thou art everything. The difference between thinking, contemplation and meditation is explained. The greatest and highest spiritual practice is surrender unto the Supreme.

“Ultimately, when you merge and take refuge unto Him, you become That. This is the highest yoga, the direct yoga.”

Swami Amar Jyoti
